CHOOSING AN APARTMENT

After you have chosen an apartment you need to make an advance payment to guarantee your reservation.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY
The procedure of prepayment gives you a guarantee of reservation and, afterwards,, the check-in.
To reserve an apartment we need to get a 80 USD prepayment (it will be included in the total rent price). All clients who do prepayment will be the first provided with an apartment.

If for any ocassion you don't have a possibility to pay in advance, you will be able to check in, in case another advance payment hasn't been made for the booking of this apartment. If the apartment you chose is occupied, we’ll suggest you an apartment of the same price and/or area.

PREPAYMENT
You can make an advance payment with the help of your credit card by PayPal

CHECK-In and CHECK-Out Policy
We try to make checks-in and checks-out as comfortable as possible to save your money.
Check-in time is 13:00. For early check in you need to reserve apartment for one extra night and we will reserve apartment for you. If apartment is available you can check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra charge. Differently you need to wait till 12:00 or 13:00
Check-out time is 12 p.m. (12:00) but if the apartment isn't reserved after you by another clients you can stay 1-3 hours more. Late check-out about 20.00 is charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. If you need to order early check-in or late check-out you need to inform us beforehand.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Before checking in the apartment please check that everything is works well and that the apartment is in good condition. Before your check-out our representative will come to you to check the condition of the apartment and pick up the keys. In case of some harm you will have to pay for it.
